Mathias aims to create a new Swedish identity – a theme which not only resonates through his offering in cuisine but also through every detail of the restaurant’s design, a result of leading British Designer and Creative Director, Ilse Crawford’s interpretation. A new menu is presented on a daily basis, which makes it possible to offer the customer the very best in fresh local and global ingredients and products of the day.
Mathias Dahlgren is a well-known profile in culinary Sweden. He is the only Swedish chef to have been awarded the internationally acclaimed “Bocuse d’Or”. He is also the only chef in Sweden to have been named “Chef of the Year” seven times: in 2010, 2009, 2008, 2004, 2002, 1999 and 1997, by Swedish trade magazine “Restaurangvärlden”. His previous restaurant in Stockholm, “Bon Lloc”, gained a Guide Michelin star.
