Eighteen years later, his three Michelin Stars and the highest marks in all international guides have made converted their Restaurant in an essential place for the lovers of haute cuisine. It’s a privileged place. Every year people from different parts of the world come to his restaurant to enjoy his food and his contemporary style of this Basque man, who is in loved with his job.
The menu comprises 13 miniscule, beautifully presented dishes and foams, but Berasategui stays true to his homeland. Using very little non-regional produce and all his plates reference somehow to traditional dishes.
